Allergy Alert Testing
If you are a new client of The Room and would like to have a colour service, we require an allergy alert test to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Your allergy test is kept on file for 6 months. If you do not have a service with us within six months from the date your last service was carried out, a new allergy alert test will be required in order for us to proceed with a colour service.
COVID-19
We are monitoring the on-going pandemic and making adjustments to our business as required by the HSE and Government officials. We can ensure our clients that we are:
> Regularly sanitisying our premises
> All staff will be wearing PPE
> All customers are required to wear PPE
> Social distancing is being enforced salon wide
> Appointments will not exceed the alloted time permitted
> We are asking all clients to come alone
> No beverages / reading material is currently being offered
As a small new business, we cannot take any risks and will be enforcing all restrictions to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. If we feel their is breach of these restrictions, we may be forced to cancel or reschedule your appointmen
Deposits, Cancellations, No Shows & Refunds
In order to secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit of €50 is required at the time of booking. This will be offset on your final service charge or can be carried forward to rebook a new appointment. This is a necessary precaution in the current climate in order to protect our business from a loss of earnings.
Cancelling your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. However we can allow one reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your service with us.
Not showing up to your appointment will result in the automatic loss of your deposit. However, If you do not show up for three appointments this will result in a ban from the salon and an enforced a full service charge.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. Please see our redos and adjustments policy if you are dissatisfied with your result.
Re-dos and Adjustments
If you are not happy with your results please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks of your previous hair appointment. This courtesy is not be confused with changing your mind or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
